We offer fully-furnished, comfortable apartments that include:
* All of the furniture and housewares, including pillowtop mattresses and an extra TV in the master bedroom
* All of the utilities, including unlimited local calls
* Expanded cable service and high speed internet
We do not require any deposits, application fees (aside from a $250 pet fee for those guests bringing along a pet), or additional delivery or set up charges. There is a minimum 30-day stay, and there is no tax.
